Project Manager

Project Management of the assigned project/s.
Develop and create project plans which include definition, scope, resources and schedule.
Allocate resources based on the magnitude and necessity of the projects.
Prioritize projects and tasks in order to achieve department and company objectives.
Ensure adequate communication is maintained regarding project status and priorities.
Review all deliverables/contracts/maintenance agreement.
Provide solutions to resolve any issue/conflict arising from project and dependencies.
Manage customer request for implementation and ensure that sufficient information and scope is gathered to enable an accurate solution to be advised.
Maintain and review project methodology.
Provide status update of the projects to all respective units.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Others or equivalent.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens and has a valid passport to travel.
Possesses good project management skills.
Knowledge in managing contact centre project and able to work with vendors.
Possesses good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Possesses good resource and project planning skills.
Must have track records in in-time delivery of application project.
Excellent communication skills.
Aptitude for problem solving.
Team oriented.
Self directed.
Leadership skills.
Analytical skills.
Training or certification of Project Management PMP etc.
