Program Transition Managers

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the transition lifecycle of an account

- Analyze contract requirements and develop project-specific deliverables to enable sucessful program implementation

- Analyze and resolve complex technical, commercial and operational issues to provide high quality servcies, enhance customer and supplier relations and increase/maintain profit margin

- Evaluate, develop and lead business growth opportunities such as up-sales, increase in scope, technological advancements, etc.

- Coach and mentor project and technical team members on effective project management practices and techniques

- Ensures high level of customer satisfaction and long term income stream by establishing and maintaining strong and lasting relationship with corporate clients

- Monitor competitive activities within the assigned accounts/markets and confers with the respective customer relationship management teams in identifying new market potential

- Recommend innovative ideas to concerned units on the development of products ansd services portfolio;provide inputs on enhancements in process and system to improve service delivery, revenue generation and collection
 Requirements:
- A graduate of any four year degree

- Has good oral and written communication skills

- Equipped with program and account management skills

- Possesses analytical and sales and marketing skills

- Technical proficiency
