Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, implementation and management of multiple clients’ projects. Successful candidates must be process oriented and logical thinkers. Good computer skills are required. Will be responsible to coordinate with all internal departs associated with a client’s program as well as outside vendors. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and delegate responsibilities to support staff.
Ability to create and analyze client reports
Ability to write and develop scripts
Ability to write specifications for system programmers
Handle client requests
Act as a liaison to systems and operations staff
Exhibit quality customer service skills
Design and conduct project training and monitoring
Ability to understand, create and manage client extracts.
Responsible for client invoicing
Responsible to forecast and manage project hours
Excellent documentation skills
Possess critical thinking with emphasis on strategy, not just tactics
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Required language(s): English.
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening skills
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Previous client contact experience required.
