Responsibilities:

* Support the Project Manager in the implementation of projects through data collection, data analysis, project documentation, testing preparation, pre-cutover preparation, and post cut-over monitoring
* Assist the Project Manager in producing the project deliverables
* Support the Process Architect and Subject Matter Expert in the analysis of the desktop procedures and separation of duties (SOD) matrix
* Create or update the desktop procedures and SOD matrix
* Assist in the coordination of project activities with the Operations Team
* Performs other tasks as required

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Above Average Communication Skills
* Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Powerpoint
* Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
* Attention to details
* Adherence to deadlines
* Flexibility/adaptability to changes
