Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s College degree in any field. Undergrads can also be considered as long as they were able to finish all their units in 3rd year College level plus any work experience.
- Average to Above Average Communication skills.
- Good Customer Service skills.
- Sales experience in a BPO/Call center setting is very much preferred but not required.
- Should be amenable to shifting schedules, working on holidays or weekends, rendering overtime when needed.
- Financial background is also preferred, but not required.
- Must have good credit standings with any bank.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably with collections/mortgage background.
