Technical Support Specialist for Consumer Electronics Account to start Nov. 2!
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The agent is responsible to:

* Provide technical support by conducting initial troubleshooting before processing the repair of the product and;

* Provide customer service to its customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Fort, Taguig City.
* Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Candidates should have good communication skills.
* Familiarity with latest consumer electronics products such as mobile phones, DVD players, digital cameras, camcorders is a must.
* Callcenter experience is a plus (preferably customer service or sales background).
* Applicants must have a strong sense of teamwork, commitment and adaptability.
* 30 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
