Technical Support Representatives (Ortigas)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provides technical support to customers regarding equipment. Communicates with customer on the phone or via written correspondence to provide information and assistance on product use, hardware or software problems.
* Checks mail, fax and email to provide customer assistance.
* Operates computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer inquiries on function or replacement of defective parts.
* Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer caller.
* Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
* Fluent in verbal and written English.
* Fluent in other languages if required by position.
* Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems and record keeping.
* Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes and reports.
* Ability to interact positively, courteously and professionally with customers, employees and clients.
* Ability to follow defined procedures and deal with different andnspecialized situations.
* Ability to follow and carry out instructions in a step by step manner.
* Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions manuals.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 2nd year level in college
* With 6 months Tech Experience in a call center
* Good in communication skills & comprehension
* Required language(s): English
* Experienced Employees for at least 3 mos. specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent is required.
* Willing to work in Ortigas.
* SSS and NBI Clearance are required before the job offer.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

*• Development and implementation of SEO strategies and top to bottom management of SEO campaigns
*• Hands on optimization of multiple websites
*• Actively test, analyze and optimize keywords, title and descriptions, landing pages and position to increase ROI and drive sales
*• Monitor organic search rankings to maximize traffic and optimize content of websites. Prepare weekly reporting on progress.
*• Monitor and deliver key performance indicator reports of site and campaign activity (traffic, time on site, product sales, opt-ins, etc).
*• Collaborate with Marketing team on improvement of site structure, page construction, content and keyword list
*• Research, identify and establish partnerships with authoritative websites for link-building.
*• Conduct site audits to insure all links, landing pages, videos, etc. are functioning correctly.
*• Link building through contacts, partnerships, content generation and “link bait” campaigns
*• Promote our products by marketing websites through online organic and paid campaigns
*• External site development, PPC assistance, social networking and Lead Generation Competitive.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
• Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation
• Working knowledge of HTML/Web design, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, CSS, Javascript and Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
• Experience in implementing and executing a link exchange program
• Experience with social networking
• Understanding of Search Engine Algorithms and ranking strategies
• Strong understanding of Web Analytics
• Experience managing PPC in an e-commerce environment
• Proven experience implementing and managing a successful online marketing campaigns
• Detailed and hands-on understanding and use of the Google AdWords, YSM, Yahoo Paid Inclusion and MSN Ad Center interfaces
• Knowledge of automated bid management tools and service providers
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to function with minimal distraction and supervision
