HP’s Global Delivery Philippines Center (GDPC) is looking for dynamic, innovative and highly competent individuals to explore a career in the GD team providing best-in-class IT support and services to our global clients.

As an ITO Support Specialist, your responsibilities may include any of the following:

* Incident (Helpdesk), Change and/or Problem Management for a specific set of Application Development Management (ADM) applications

* Second level support for both application and infrastructure elements of the client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Finance systems

* Technical documentation of the systems support processes, and also ownership for specific service management improvement projects and small developments

Technical mastery of the specific systems is important to provide support that meets our agreed upon service levels.

These roles may involve:

* Project management for service improvement projects

* Process ownership role (Change, Incident, Problem) across multiple application areas

* Project support roles for regional client implementation

* Specific service level agreements (SLA) results responsibility for smaller applications (e.g. Business to Business Procurement (BBP), Demand Planning)

* Team leader administrative responsibility for a team of 5 or less people (organize, lead, and direct the effort of the team) for team focusing on one or two service areas

* Rotating duty manager responsibility

* Some shifting (for some roles), possibly night, on call outside of work hours and travel requirements

Requirements:

* At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, any equivalent degree or relevant skills and experiemce

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Strong problem solving skills for technical and process related issues

* Must be a team player and able to build strong relationships with multiple organizations in various locations and time zones

* Results-oriented

* Agile and customer focused
