Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparation of cost estimates both for main contract and variation orders.

2. To provide technical guidance on assigned projects and plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates assigned engineering work and ensure compliance to applicable regulations, accepted technical/engineering practices and procedures are followed/applied in the preparation of project plans and proposals.

3. To perform personnel functions by supervising and inspecting the performance of site workers and cadet engineers to ensure that all procedures are completed to the company-set standards and client standards and ensure that work progress is according to schedule.

4. To work closely with the Project Manager/VP-Operations to schedule work and set priorities and act as the backup for calls when there are emergencies.

5. To coordinate with the Logistic Division the purchase and delivery of required materials for the completion of a specified project and ensure that supply of material required are maintained to avoid disruption of work.

6. To establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule and to ensure that all the tools, machines and equipment being used in the work site are maintained in the prescribed condition.

7. To prepare reports and schedule of project planned activities, to show and monitor that project development is progressing according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines and submits the same to the Project Manager.

8. Responsible for the preparation of monthly accomplishment report and frequent coordination with the Accounting Department for monthly project billings.

9. To make sure that Certificates of Completion are secured from clients immediately after the projects has been completed.

10. To administer demobilization of tools, machines and equipment after each project completion.

11. To perform other duties as may be required by the superiors/management from time to time.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): AutoCad.
* Required language(s):
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
