RESPONSIBILITIES:
* The Trainer is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the management and delivery of the Initial Training Program (ITP) within their CMC. Responsible for development and administering employee-training programs, classroom supervision including coaching and counseling, up training by project, continually assessing program effectiveness and determining other training needs. Develops and delivers other operational training courses as required. Responsible for identifying gaps between the training program and production requirements, recommending and implementing solutions, and delivering and evaluating client specific training to meet project goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous training or presentation experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service environment or related position, preferably in a teleservices or telecommunications company
* Technical instructor in an Instructor-led classroom environment experience is required
* Supervisory experience preferred, preferably in a call center environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan, organize and control the procurement and delivery of goods and services for the organization
* Responsible for process review and recommendation of procurement / sourcing activities
* Manage the purchasing process for non-routine commodity purchases (e.g. technology, telecom, facilities, etc) and national supply contracts

* Establish and maintain a network of external contacts to stay abreast of industry and functional best practices
* Expand supplier and contractor base, continuous search for qualified suppliers, especially for frequently ordered products/services
* Establish credit lines with suppliers
* Examine and resolve complaints concerning vendors and products
* Provide advice, coaching and training for end-users and purchasing staff pertaining to requisitioning and other purchasing activities
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 to 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Project Management / System Implementation experience, e.g. Purchasing System/Automation, construction build-out, etc
* Must have proficiency with various software applications programs
* Must have a good working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials as it pertains to purchasing, asset management and accounts payable
* Knowledge of the corporation’s business and organization, its customers and vendors
* General awareness of modern purchasing strategy and the manner in which it needs to be executed
* Experience in developing and managing key relationships with vendors and end-users
* Ability to translate business strategy into workable day to day tactics for staff
* Demonstrated analytical skills to identify problems in business processes and to develop workable solutions that have cross-functional impact
