VISAYAS – Product Trainer
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Trainer is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the management and delivery of the Initial Training Program (ITP) within their CMC. Responsible for development and administering employee-training programs, classroom supervision including coaching and counseling, up training by project, continually assessing program effectiveness and determining other training needs. Develops and delivers other operational training courses as required. Responsible for identifying gaps between the training program and production requirements, recommending and implementing solutions, and delivering and evaluating client specific training to meet project goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Previous training or presentation experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service environment or related position, preferably in a teleservices or telecommunications company
* Technical instructor in an Instructor-led classroom environment experience is required
* Supervisory experience preferred, preferably in a call center environment

Production Control Analyst
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
Monitors the day-to-day production process for the Georgia-Pacific SBU
Insure the flow of work throughout the system
i. MCP Item Inspector

ii. Web Workflow reports

iii. File loads (inbound and outbound)

Assures all system “jobs” and “services” are running
Rectify or notify management of potential bottlenecks
1st line of defense for production issues
In depth understanding of the complete technical process (not code)
b. MCP / SIR

c. WebDE

d. All automated and manual tasks / applications

e. Web Workflow

In depth understanding of system and user documentation
In depth understanding of the system configurations
b. Make approved configuration changes

c. Document all configuration changes

d. Create Business Requirement Documents for changes that require a developer

Interface with production supervisors
b. Take ownership of day to day issues related to the system

c. Notify of potential issues or areas of concern

Interface with Help Desk
b. Open new issue tickets

c. Signoff and close existing tickets

Interface with Management
b. Provide meaningful reports of current status

c. Notify of escalating issues

d. Provide status on open Help Desk tickets

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s):
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Must be willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT and in MAKATI CITY
