* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year of working experience as Quality Assurance, Editor and Transcriptionist. Certified transcriptionist preferred.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Must be a qualified professional Level-2 transcriptionist.
* Typing speed of 60 to 65 WPM
* Demonstrate ability to work in all work types and specialties.
* Demonstrate quality transcription work, consistently maintaining an accuracy score of 98% or higher.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and style, in order to provide quality feedback to the transcriptionist.
* Excellent acoustical skills.
* Ability to understand diverse accents, dialects, and varying dictation styles.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with time constraints.
* Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
* Ability to operate computer, multiple software applications, transcription equipment, and other office equipment necessary, including the ability to accept voice/text files in multiple formats and word processing software.
* Organizational skills for file management.
Requirements:

* Develops and implements reliability and hardening programs of facility equipment assigned and passing the regulatory requirements on gensets
* Analyzes and develops engineering solutions to all assigned equipment issues and problems to prevent occurrences
* Prepares and manages the budget necessary to a specific section to operate and maintain the assigned utilities and equipment
* Develops predictive, preventive and total productive maintenance programs on specific systems assigned and ensuring it is being carried out by technicians
* Ensures that all equipment 201 files documentation are updated and well kept and maintained
* Develops spare parts and tools management including diesel supply management for genset
* Manages the cost saving programs on assigned utilities, maintenance and system
* Develops and supervises electrical projects related to assigned system for equipment upgrade and optimization
* Assists and actively participates in formulating designs and gives inputs on electrical system for project expansion and upgrade
* Conducts training and seminars for technician on operation, repair and maintenance of assigned equipment, utility and system
* Acts as Officer-in-charge in the absence of the supervisor
* Participate in Hand over commissioning and decommissioning process. Should be responsible on the outcome of the commissioning process in terms of equipment maintainability and functionality.
* Support and coordinate with other system in their major repair
* Provide first response to any incident to assigned system
* Ensure the regular attendance on SPC meetings, Facilities Ops Meeting, Facilities Staff Meeting and Plant Ops meeting.
* Supervise Technicians in their performance.
* Coordinate with Meralco with regards to Power Shutdown, Electricity rates and other issues regarding Electricity supplies.
