As an ITO Support Specialist, your responsibilities may include any of the following:

* Incident (Helpdesk), Change and/or Problem Management for a specific set of Application Development Management (ADM) applications

* Second level support for both application and infrastructure elements of the client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Finance systems

* Technical documentation of the systems support processes, and also ownership for specific service management improvement projects and small developments

Technical mastery of the specific systems is important to provide support that meets our agreed upon service levels.

These roles may involve:

* Project management for service improvement projects

* Process ownership role (Change, Incident, Problem) across multiple application areas

* Project support roles for regional client implementation

* Specific service level agreements (SLA) results responsibility for smaller applications (e.g. Business to Business Procurement (BBP), Demand Planning)

* Team leader administrative responsibility for a team of 5 or less people (organize, lead, and direct the effort of the team) for team focusing on one or two service areas

* Rotating duty manager responsibility

* Some shifting (for some roles), possibly night, on call outside of work hours and travel requirements

* At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, any equivalent degree or relevant skills and experiemce

Software QA Engineer – UI/Flex

Responsibilities:
As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role to drive the QA process to deliver quality products. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Develop automated test cases for functional and end-to-end testing
* Create test plans and test cases for functional and system level testing.
* Participate in daily scrum meetings, project planning and review meetings, and provide feedback on product quality and testing status to the team
* Perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.

* Fluent in implementing Unix shell, PERL, and/or Java
* SQL and relational database proficiency
* Proficient with any 3rd party automation tool (such as Selenium, QTP, Silk)
* Experience in developing test case to perform data validation, load testing, and system integration
* Understanding of the QA life cycle, from test plan, test execution to reporting bugs

Provide production support and project support to the databases used by the applications of both Bank and Lending groups. Responsible for delivering break-fix coverage, on-time delivery of project (BAU and new project) deliverables and SLA compliance in the Oracle environment.

This position will be responsible for the following key activities for the RET OCIS Database (Oracle environment) Production Support Team:

* Day-to-day 24×7 production operations (incident break/fix, change, service requests, vulnerability management).

* Production patch/upgrade management.

* On-Call pager rotation.

* DBMS security support.

* Understanding of common infrastructure components.

REQUIREMENTS:

Sybase or MS SQL Server experience a plus
