Responsibilities:
Candidates would have the chance to work for a premium travel account which includes a mandatory GDS training. Customer Service Associates are in charge of assisting customers in airline/hotel reservations and other travel arrangements.
Requirements:
* Candidates must have excellent English Communication Skills
* Candidate must have finished atleast 2 years in college
* Must be patient and willing to extend help as needed
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in call center, travel or hospitality industry an advantage.
* Candidates must be willing to work in the Ortigas or Libis Area
* Willing to work on shifting schedules specially night/graveyard shifts
* Applicants with GDS experience an advantage
