* With above average oral and written communication skills
* Must be in a similar position for at least 1 year in a restaurant setting or food service industry
* Highly proficient in the use and application of MS Word, Excel and Power point particularly in the creation of training manuals, training modules and/or slide show presentation
* Must be experienced in conducting or facilitating training, have done training needs analysis, development of training design and program
