Responsibilities:

* Shall answer phone calls and refer them to the appropriate person.
* Shall entertain walk-in inquiries and refer them to the manager.
* Shall make phone calls to clients assigned by the manager.
* Shall make and route memos to employees for information dissemination.
* Shall file different documents orderly.
* Shall organize and monitor the office supplies.
* Shall ensure the office is ready for operations at all time.
* Shall encode documents such as sample exams and test guides of students.
* Shall design posters and edit photos using Adobe Photoshop.
* Shall update company’s website and related web pages.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet browsing.
* Preferred skill(s): Photoshop, Publisher.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan.
