Responsibilities:
Director for Construction will be the main point person who will deal directly with the designers, project managers, suppliers/contractors involved in all new site build out and existing site expansion.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
* At least 10 year(s) of solid experience in Construction Management required particularly in the Call Center-type of structures and facility
* 10-15 years Project Management experience required
