Requirements:
* Responsibilities:
* The position is responsible for the overall management of the company’s finances particularly on all bank transactions and negotiations; maximizing productivity of fund and optimizing fund earnings; the accuracy, authenticity, timeliness of all receipts and disbursements; efficient cash flow management; overall custodianship of cash and other cash items such as Bank checks.
* The position is also responsible for the overall management of the team’s performance by taking the lead in setting team goals and objectives, providing objective evaluation of performance and giving guidance; develop and coach treasury personnel.
* Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
* Preferably a CPA
* At least 3-5 years of general accounting experience
* Preferably with work experience in Banking Operations or Corporate Treasury Operations
* Proficiency with Finance and Accounting Software packages (SAP, EPICOR)
* Knowledge of US GAAP finance and accounting practices
* Knowledge of Philippine local finance and accounting practices
* Knowledge of local tax laws and other government regulations pertaining to finance and accounting
