• Keep shift managers/leads proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal commit time
• Adhere to print security and physical access procedures
• Strong design abilities and proficiency in design software applications such as Pagemaker, CorelDraw, Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign CS3 (or similar) are required

Web Designer/Media Executive/Marketing Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:
* JUNIOR WEB DESIGNER
* To design company collaterals and ensure that they are visually effective and easy to access.
* Liaising closely with superiors, other department representatives or business owners at the design stage to answer questions such as: why is the site needed, who is the target audience, who are the leading competitors, etc.
* Advising on the categories and information needed to construct the site.
* Designing a draft site for client approval or modification.
* Writing web pages in a combination of codes such as hypertext mark-up language (HTML), JavaScript, CSS, Flash.
* Design and distribute newsletters and other documents relating to the website and the intranet. Testing the web sites for functionality and UI.
* To help maintain web servers through download, backup and upload.
* SENIOR WEB DESIGNER
* Work with existing staff to build mockups and prototypes, establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.
* Design and implement creative designs and graphics using advanced tools.
* Work with project managers and business owners to collaborate on creative web designs.
* Asset Library formation and management including maintenance of templates and image archives.
* To produce and ensure the consistency of visual image across our web sites.

* Manage all website’s content to be up to date and up to standard.
* Support Country and Product Managers on branding, communication and promotion material.
* Arrange website traffic and manage relationship between Country and Product Managers, Creative Department and IT Department.
* Handle and control marketing contract and payment to marketing partners.

Requirements:

* Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* A strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design, and ideally some experience with web database solutions.
* Ability to Hand Code with HTML
* Strong knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, JavaScript and Flash.
* An Art, Design or Media based Honors Degree
