• Document settings and graphic color corrections

• Complete all assigned jobs per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner
• Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the Shift Lead for appropriate client clarification via CSA/CSE
• Keep shift managers/leads proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal commit time
• Adhere to print security and physical access procedures

• Strong design abilities and proficiency in design software applications such as Pagemaker, CorelDraw, Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign CS3 (or similar) are required

• Mac or PC based
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and layout skills

Instructional Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Designs and develops instructional material for OD and other training courses that support company leadership and management programs.

* Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
