RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Job Summary:
* Oversees and supports the development of the multiple sourcing campaigns and initiatives of the areas assigned by the Sourcing Team Leader (i.e. Job Fairs, Company Branding) in order to meet and exceed the increasing hiring requirements of eTelecare

* Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manages, tracks, and distributes applications to the Recruiting Department
* Recommends sourcing activities and process improvements based on yield rate and cost vs. projected successful hires
* Generates MS PowerPoint and Excel reports and presentations
* Generates post-activity reports to track the status of applications endorsed to the Recruiting Department and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
* Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

* Qualifications:
* Graduate, with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent
* Should have 2-3 years working experience related to Sales, Marketing, or Advertising
* Call center experience in the Sales, Marketing, or Advertising field is an advantage
* Above average oral and written communication skills
* Pleasing personality – positive attitude towards work (flexible about sourcing schedules and changes)
* Excellent interpersonal skills – able to relate with all levels in the organization (from top management down to peers and subordinates or applicants)
* Computer literate. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Photoshop
* Willing to be based in Shaw
* Amenable to working on weekends and holidays, and rendering overtime (minimum: 5-day work week)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent.
