Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage the successful and timely completion of business projects to achieve business
goals, including the identification and management of risks and issues that can impact
project delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans and obtain required commitment. Project plans
include: scope, roles/responsibilities, tasks/schedule, resources assignments, cost, quality
assurance, communications, integration requirements, testing, and risk and issue
management.
Leads project teams to deliver solutions based upon defined business
requirements/project scope.
Manages the daily execution of all project deliverables, including post implementation
deliverables.
Establishes and conducts weekly/periodic project team meetings.
Prepares periodic status report to ensure all stakeholders are informed of key
accomplishments, upcoming deliverables, key projects risks (schedule, scope, budget,
resources) and overall health of assigned projects.
Participates in all release planning and review sessions to provide an update on the
health of each assigned project.
Responsible for the execution and delivery of assigned projects on-time and on-budget.
Ensures project closes effectively through production turnover, documentation of learning
and feedback on project resource performance.
Perform cost/benefit analysis for proposed projects. Track actual benefits vs. planned
project results.
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar discipline
Required language(s): English
Three to five years experience as a Project Manager
Three to five years experience in a credit card or retail bank call centre
Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, negotiation, organization & communication
skills required
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in project management methodologies
required.
Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritize, investigate and
resolve issues
Ability to administer a large number of tasks concurrently in a changing environment
Self-starter, highly motivated to manage own work priorities and responsibilities
Functional skills – learn processes and procedures quickly
Leadership qualities that will help drive success
Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Applicants must be amenable to work in Makati City
