Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

Responsible in handling inbound calls, routine and non routine calls of customers
Respond to customers regarding product inquiries and pricing concerns
Attend to customers needs on product specifications and requirements
Use computerize tools and system for tracking and information gathering
Promote products using promotional tools of the company
Utilize various communication medium, and in different venue set e.g. website and e-mail
Handles effectively customers needs and concern

Requirements:

Graduate any 4 years Business Course in a reputable College or University
Must have a strong command of English Language both in written and oral.
Customer service oriented, dedicated and quick decision maker, provide solutions to meet all client’s concerns
Analytical, results- oriented and a team player
Effective solution maker in terms of attending to client needs.
