Customer Care Executives – PART-TIME
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood City, Quezon City)

Requirements:

* Willing to accept part time assignment
* With at least 2 years of college education or completed a diploma or certificate course
* Preferably with at least 6 months experience in the Contact Center industry
* Experience in order-entry and/or sales
* Up-selling exposure will be considered as additional skill
* Available to start ASAP
* Must be fluent in communication and comprehension skills – Excellent English (Written and Spoken)
* Soft skill and rapport building proficiency
* Have the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
* Computer literate and keyboard familiarity
* Willingness to work in night shifts, weekends & holidays
* Flexible to adjust per schedules without preferred weekly offs
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
