Outbound Sales Trainer (new account)

Responsibilities:
Acting under limited supervision, the Trainer utilizes existing curriculum to present training programs to front line agents and contact center / management personnel. May deliver programs to cross-functional middle management and travel between sites. Makes modifications to existing training content, conducts research into program elements and recommends changes to ongoing programs. Participates in gap analysis for existing programs by monitoring and tracking participant results. Conducts initial orientation including some administration and security responsibilities.
Requirements:
• Must have finished at least 2 years in college or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year outbound sales training experience in a call center
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have sales training experience.
• Must possess a valid passport and willing to travel (if needed).
• Experience in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for account,
• Experience in develops training aids, including slides, hand-outs, multimedia visual aids, and reference works utilizing knowledge of operation’s specified training needs.
