Responsibilities:
As part of the pioneer team, the Outbound Customer Service Associate is responsible for making telephone contact directly with customers as part of a follow up campaign to initial product purchase, renewing sales contracts, improving customer knowledge and increasing client retention overall. Contact is for the purpose of consumer education, subscription up sell, and to assist in personalized use and understanding of product. Calls are made using an automatic dialer. Contact is of a routine nature with limited deviation from standard script. This is a non-technical role and may require some contact via fax or e-mail for enrollment / billing.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or
• Undergraduates must have a total at least 2 years work experience (not necessarily call center)
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent customer service oriented attitude
• Result oriented, team player
