Requirements:

Candidate must be a Bachelor’s degree preferrably in Business, Engineering or Information Techology;
At least with one year call center experience;
Sales or Customer support experience in a high tech environment shall have an advantage;
Fluency in English is required;
Proficient in computer application;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Strong problem solving skills and technical aptitude preferred but not required.
