Customer Retention Representatives (Cantonese Speaking)

Responsibilities:
We are hiring Customer Retention Representatives, age between 20-35.
Responsibilites include informing VIP customers regarding latest promotions & activities offered by the company; handle customer inbound call & others services related to VIP customers.

Requirements:
1. Candidates must willing to learn, must able to work in team, have no criminal record, have good moral thinking & responsible.
2. Able to work in shift & must able to work on public holiday.
3. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
4. Experience in customer services & call center will be an added advantage. Candidates with 2 years experience above with Diploma education level are encouraged to apply.
5. Good oral communication skill. Must be able to speak in Cantonese & able to communicate in Mandarin & English.
6. Good computer skill and knowledge with microsoft application.
