RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Quality Manager is responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the quality assurance department to ensure the overall success of each project and its performance within their respective center.

REQUIREMENTS:

* BS/BA degree in Communications or equivalent work-related experience.
* 3 years experience in a customer service environment or related position, preferably in a teleservices or telecommunications company
* Management experience required.
* Quality Assurance experience in a call center environment.
* Project management experience.
* Six Sigma (Greenbelt) certification preferred
* Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and database applications).
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be well organized, demonstrate initiative, and able to manage multiple projects.
* Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to interact effectively with all internal departments and represent TeleTech in a professional manner.
