NOW HIRING: INTERNAL AUDITOR
(National Capital Reg – Las Piñas City)
Responsibilities:
* Conducts internal audits of the procedures in assigned units in order to ensure that those procedures comply with the company policies and standards. Audits include interviewing key personnel, analyzing processes and practices and reviewing relevant documentation.
* Designs and executes audit programs to validate the relevant internal control objectives.
* Interprets the significance of the test results and concludes on the reliability of the systems of control.
* develops a detailed report on each audit. Reports include a review of the findings and an identification of recommendations to correct any deficiencies.
* Monitors financial activities in assigned areas, including but not limited to, reviewing reports concerning bank reconciliations, trial balances, revenue reconciliations and revenue submissions to Finance.
Requirements:
* Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration with an Accounting or equivalent major.
* CPA is an advantage but not required. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the field of Accountancy.
* Knowledgeable of the principles and practices of Auditing.
* Must be computer literate and proficient in using MS Office applications.
* Must be able to analyze and determine the applicability of the financial data, to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
* Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with persons at all levels and maintains effective working relationships.
* Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
* Must be able to do multi-tasking and know how to prioritize work with minimal or no supervision at all.
* Amenable to work in Las Piñas City.
