NOW HIRING: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAM LEAD
(National Capital Reg – Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Team Lead for AP Operations is required to have extensive background in AP Reconciliation in a B2B environment/MNC covering a tangible product line of the company.
A preferred minimum of 3 yrs Supervisory role and 5 yrs + experience in AP reconciliation as a background would qualify and support the demands of this work.
Knowledge in using MS Applications and Access databases is required.
A degree in Finance and Accounting is strictly required for this position.
The role entails the following tasks:
- Departmental reporting
- Training / coaching of the team on the process
- Process Improvement
- Escalation Management (internal / external clients)
- Achieving SLA
Applicants for this position should be fully aware that this position will be based in Fort Bonifacio Taguig and will be on a fixed night shift work schedule of 8:00PM to 5:00AM.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Accounts Payable, Reconciliation, B2B.
Preferred skill(s): MS Access.
Required language(s): English.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
