Responsibilities:
Handle online and offline subscriptions
Respond to email inquiries or comments received from clients
Troubleshoot problems forwarded by clients
Assist in organizing subscription summaries for partner offices
Ad hoc assignments from management
Qualifications:
Diploma holder of Music/Arts/Communications related studies
Possess good understanding and knowledge in technical aspects of using online applications, and its standards and procedures
Proficient in MS Office applications, MAC applications an advantage
Service-oriented
Can speak and write English fluently
Internet savvy

I am a Music teacher, I graduated with the degree of Music Education.I have been hearing about this call center that deals with classical music and so Music graduates are asked to apply I just forgot the name of the company and so I was not able to confirm the news. I’ve heard it from a call center agent and he said the compensation is good. When I resigned from the school where I used to teach Music (for the grade schoolers), I applied as a customer service in a call center and I was assigned to handle an account that is all about hotels.Now, that I finally found Naxos, I won’t give up until I am able to go to their Makati ofc and apply as a csr for this account that suits me.Can anybody give me a contact number of Naxos Philippines? I
