Voice Transcriptionist (Non Voice account)

Responsibilities:
Ensure propoer information is entered into the central database based on customer recordings.
Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/ or exceed client specifications.
Meet or exceed requirements for productivity, availability and quality measurements to ensure activity levels are sufficient to drive results.
Candidates must have previous Call Center Experience (International Accounts)
Meet QA Average of 3.80 or above.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan City.
Candidate must have excellent command of the English language.
With typing speed of at least 30 wpm
Must have keen attention to details
Perfect understanding of English, particularly with grammar, spelling and pronunciation.
Team Player with good people and leadership skills.
Active listener (must have no problems understanding Americans)
Candidate must be willing to work shifting, graveyard and holidays.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
