Sales Training Manager (Eastwood City)

Responsibilities:
* Strategic planning role with the product managers and sales managers to assist with assessing the skills of individual sales people or of the sales force in various channels, and ensure that sales training is available to improve performance.
* Needs to be involved with all Product to Market projects to understand the product and the timescales for launch and the requirements for training
* To work with the Sales Manager/s to ensure that their teams are fully informed and equipped with the relevant sales skills.
* To establish good business and personal relationships with company sales people, distributors and customers in widely different cultures through a confident, likeable personality, balanced with a drive to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s):
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood,Quezon City.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
