Responsible for:

Initiating corrections and changes in cardholder’s account or taking necessary steps on service cardholder’s complaints or request.
Fulfilling complaints or requests and endorsing issues to appropriate units after preliminary analysis of the complaints.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
Must have at least 3 years work experience preferably in customer service.
Knowledgeable of basic computer office application (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possesses good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
Must be a good team player, flexible, with initiative and high sense of urgency.
