Account Executive (Hotel Sales)
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

1. Solicits bookings for the hotel (Rooms and Banquet).

2. Develops and maintains new and existing corporate and non-corporate accounts by planning and scheduling sales calls.
3. Prepares and submits proposals / quotations to corporate and non-corporate clients interested to book in the hotel.
4. Prepares a contract to document a rate granted to and agreed upon by the client.
5. Ensures that the contract is signed by the Director of Sales and client itself.
6. Entertains prospective clients to promote the hotel and build goodwill.
7. Invites clients at the hotel and conducts ocular inspection.
8. Entertains phone inquiries from prospective clients.
9. Strives to achieve productivity of the assigned area or industry.
10. Prepares and submits to the Sales Manager / Hotel Sales Director all sales call report form and production report.

Requirements:

* Must have college degree preferably majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management and/or Tourism
* At least three (3) years of hospitality experience and with at least 2 years as Account Executive
* Knowledgeable in all aspects of sales and marketing; familiar with the operations of the hotel;
* Possesses excellent selling skills
* Excellent Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, conversant with computer management systems; (Opera system, Microsoft and Excel).skills; Excellent Public Relations; Aggressive sales approach; Out of the Box Thinker
