Responsibilities:

* The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via phone or email to end-users and Stream client contracts. This will include responding to IT infrastructure and application-related inquiries, problems and issues; problem resolution and providing feedback or follow up to end-user and eTelecare management.

Requirements:

* Graduate of BS Computer Science or any Computer related course.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Computer literate. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
* Basic Information Technology knowledge.
* Able to work on different shifting schedule.
