• Participate and lead the design and solution workshops from Genpact end for related IT infrastructure for the client.
  • Ability to Design, build Voice IT infrastructure solutions for GENPACT and it’s clients.
  • Experience on Avaya PBX, CMS, Call recording solutions, ICM, CTI, Messaging, IVR and other contact centre applications.
  • Sound knowledge on Telecom Service provider PSTN network and their service offerings for national and international telecom service providers
  • Experience in designing and implementing VOIP capabilities for Voice Telephony requirement. Must have handled migration of TDM to VOIP implementations.
  • Manage entire project lifecycle for delivery of IT Infrastructure elements like Data Centre readiness, Voice and Data Infrastructure, Telecom Links/BW/managed services like MPLS, VPN infrastructure,
  • Design & develop an IT plan for seamless work transfer with the customer. Proven Project Management skills with the ability of delivering key projects utilising matrix teams
  • Responsible for IT Operations. Ensure consistent delivery of all IT SLA’s. Provide operations support for business critical issues and review the performance for Service support group.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics /Diploma in Computer Science/ Communication Engg/Electronics Eng. with 7 plus years of experience
  • Understanding of various Call Centre applications and work force management tools.
  • Knowledge & Understanding of other IT infrastructure components like Distributed computing, Storage , & networks to ensure integrated solution.
  • Exposure and understanding of various technologies, including mainframes, networks, finance apps , citrix environments, databases, client server.
  • Communication skills – experience of communicating & negotiating with clients, senior management and technical staff
  • Proven Project Management skills with the ability of delivering key projects utilizing matrix teams
