IT Helpdesk Analyst (Fort Bonifacio)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years experience in providing IT helpdesk support/call center/customer support
Experience in documenting customer issues and work processes
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
Outstanding skills in teamwork and customer engagement
Good oral and written communication skills
Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused environment
Enjoy working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
Drive and ability to see problems through to resolution
Well-developed inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technology and applications
Willing to work in a shifting schedule and render overtime as necessary
Able to work in fast paced, stressful environment
