Job Description
Answer calls about product pre-sales inquiry and complaint
Answer calls about product after sales inquiry and complaint consisting of service, repair, warranty & non warranty and technical issue.
Properly handle calls about special organization’s request under the client agreement
Handle calls about collecting certain information client has defined a special need
Position Requirements
6 months or above of full time call handling experience or relevant work experience;
Typing skills-minimum 40WPM;
Good verbal and written English communication skills;
Good analytical problem solving skills; linear and logical troubleshooting skills
Self-disciplined and perceptive;
Action and service oriented – can demonstrate initiative and a friendly, “can do” attitude.
