Responsibilities:
Provide Inbound Customer Service for an International Credit Card

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
Required skill(s): Customer Service
Required language(s): English
6-12 months of customer service experience in working with an international credit card line would be a great advantage
Must be willing to work on a 24/7 shift and to go on Over Time if required
Must be a good team player with multitasking capabilities
Must be computer literate
Must be willing to work in Market! Market! Taguig City
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
