RESPONSIBILITES
· Candidates must have experience in cold calling U.S. BASED businessses and is responsible in
closing sales based on defined quota ;
· Must have experience calling in a consultative calling environment, the ability to include current hiring
needs and process, budget, decision-making authority, with an experience selling a service(as
opposed to a tangible product) ;
· Must be able to navigate past business gatekeepers and identify and present one or multiple
decision makers ;
· Must have the ability to continuously develop, maintain, and manage a sales pipeline and conduct
phone-based demonstrations.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology,
Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Mass
Communications or equivalent ;
· Required language(s): English ;
· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position ;
· Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina City ;
· Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status ;
· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or
equivalent ;
· Full-Time positions available.
