* Various Sales Support Specialist and CCS openings are available. No previous work experience is required.
* Sales Support Specialists handle back-office functions to support the IBM North America Sales team by coordinating with Technical Resource Groups (Pricing, Legal, Procurement, Fulfillment, Risk Management, etc.) to deliver high quality proposals with fast turnaround.
* Customer Care Specialists are responsible for providing excellent customer service by phone, email or chat for IBM’s various global accounts.
* Excellent English communication skills
* Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications
* Completed at least 3 years of college education in any course, or completed a diploma/certificate course
* Previous work experience in sales (consultative selling, up-selling, cross-selling) is a strong advantage
* Strong customer service orientation with great problem solving and decision-making skills
* Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
* Fresh graduates or those without previous related work experience are also welcome to apply
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
