Unix System Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Job Description:
* www.ibm.com Website support.
* Load balancing on the web server.
* Support/maintain the server OS level monitoring and configuration
* DB and Web application (Websphere, MQ) configuration and maintaining.
* System Architect Thinking on troubleshooting.

* Entry Level skills required: Production Delivery Experience (Skill Level4-5)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* AIX Power5 or P6 Unix System Administrator, Production delivery experience with skills in LPAR/DLPAR deployments. (Skill Level 4-5)
* English Language Skill (both speaking, listening, writing and reading are good 4 or above).
* Good Communication Skill
* DB2 v8 or v9 in a Unix/Aix Environment. Production delivery experience with multi-site databases and replication.(Skill Level4-5)
* Websphere 6.x in a Unix/Aix Environment with production delivery experience in a multi-site environment (Skill Level 4 – 5).
* TPM/ITM/ITCAM production experience in a Unix/AIX environment (Skill Level 4-5)
