Human Resource Manager

Responsible for planning and implementing recruiting strategies to meet client requirements in hiring executive, support, and operation positions. Will manage, develop and lead the Talent Acquisition team in meeting and exceeding standards and in improving recruitment processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, 2 years of which in a managerial capacity is required for this position.
Exposure to both executive and support recruitment
Recruitment experience in a Call Center/BPO company or from a recruiting firm is an advantage
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Exposure to other functions of HR (Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits) a definite advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang and on a mid or night shift.
