Human Resource / Employee Relations Manager
(National Capital Reg – Muntinlupa City)

Responsibilities:
HR Generalist with strong emphasis on Employee Relations and Engagement, Performance Management, Career Planning and HR operations.
Talent Acquisition
-Work with Ops and Functional Teams to develop and evolve Job Description & Specifications and Selection Processes
-Coordinate with the Corporate Hiring Team to ensure effective delivery on Hiring requisitions
-Publish and maintain related MIS
Performance Management
-Driving and facilitating the Performance Management System for the SDO, including,
-Goal-setting exercise for the SDO, excluding that of the Leadership Team
-Education and communication on the related processes and practices
-Periodic performance assessment and feedback processes
-Devising and institutionalizing processes to measure and improve the quality of Performance Management system
-Incentive design and administration
Organization Development
-Driving talent development processes, including Talent Deployment, Career Planning and Succession Planning
-Organization Structure and Design
-Supporting the Training function on TNA
-Driving the SDO Rewards and Recognition Process
Employee Engagement
-Drive employee engagement processes, including Employee – Leadership Communication, Skips and Pulses, Fun@work etc.
-Devise and drive initiatives and processes contributing to Employee Retention
-Drive HR Scorecard Metrices
HR Operations
-Coordinate with Corporate HR Operations team to facilitate payroll and other employee related issues
-Maintain and publish HR MIS
-Responsible for HR database systems

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Exposure in medium to large organizations in a business HR role with at least 2 years in the services sector, preferably in the BPO industry.
