HR OFFICER

Responsibilities:
Perform regular recruitment of Technical Support Engineers and other positions as directed by management and ensure proper induction of new hires.
Set-up, develop and manualize the HR policies and procedures.
Ensure that the Code of Conduct of the company is observed by the employees
Facilitate the administration of employee compensation, benefits and incentives as well as other employee services
Create, develop and facilitate motivation programs, employee welfare activities and performance management systems that would help maintain our valuable employees.
Perform other administrative functions
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience in an IT/BPO company is a HUGE plus.
