Responsibilities:
To provide compensation and benefits support to HR & employees
To coordinate the development of compensation guidelines
To assist and particiapte in the annual survey budgets, salary reviews and analysis
To attend to querries related to payroll and benefits
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in handling payroll and benefits admin.
Applicants should have functional knowledge in compensation practices, design and regulations.
Applicants should have strong project management skills & has extensive knowledge in MS Excel.
Applicants should be detail oriented, team player & has customer service skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Full-Time positions available.
