Responsibilities:
* 1. Screens qualified applicants by evaluating the resume according to the qualifications and requirements set for the position to ensure that short listed candidates meet the qualifications.
* 2. Schedules applicant for test and administers/interprets pre-employment tests to applicants thru electronic testing for faster processing of results.
* 3. Conducts initial interview of applicants to assess their voice quality and communication skills; schedules at least 15 applicants for examination per day; and refers them to the requisitioning unit/Training for further interview as part of the screening procedure to ensure getting the right people for the right job.
* 4. Administers pre-employment examinations by ushering them to the examination venue, presenting the exam materials, explaining instructions and time limits for the exams, and evaluates test results of applicants and endorses those who passed for final interview.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Willing to Travel
* Fluent in English Language
* Can Work under pressure
* With pleasing personality
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
