Responsibilities:

Submit claims and correspondence to insurance companies, patients and/or all responsible parties.
Document helpful information on how to properly bill a claim to avoid denials in the future.
Call patients to obtain the necessary information to be able to bill out claims
Keep accounts updated with the payment status/patient information
Identify delinquent accounts and resolve with appropriate verbal and written correspondence or notices
Research and resolve problem transactions identified on a daily basis
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Medical allied courses.
EXCELLENT communication skills in English, both oral and written
Computer literate
 Confident & fast learner and displays initiative & strong judgment
High level interpersonal and organizational skills
Candidates must be able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
Highly professional and dependable – should maintain good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
Analytical, results- oriented and a team player
Conflict management skills and telephone etiquette are essential
Can work on Graveyard shift.
Similar experience in a call center is an advantage
